Downtown Raleigh, North Hills, Cary, and RTP: Triangle offices cleaned on a written plan, by a crew that knows your building.
Raleigh offices are not in one place. State agencies and law firms fill downtown blocks near Fayetteville Street. North Hills has grown into a busy business district with towers, shops, and homes side by side. Cary has office parks along Weston Parkway. Brier Creek and Morrisville sit near RDU airport, and Research Triangle Park stretches between Raleigh and Durham with large company campuses set back in the pines.
Our own office is on Wake Forest Road, so we are close to all of it. We clean small suites, full floors, and whole buildings across Wake County and into Durham County.
Here is what a typical evening visit looks like for a Raleigh office. The crew pulls trash and recycling and puts in new liners. Restrooms get scrubbed top to bottom, including toilets and urinals, sinks, mirrors, and partitions, and paper and soap get refilled. Desks, phones, door handles, and light switches are wiped. Break areas get tables, sinks, and appliance fronts cleaned. Carpet is vacuumed and hard floors are mopped. Glass at the front door is spot cleaned before the crew locks up.
You decide how often each room gets this care. A busy shared floor may need it five nights a week. A quiet records room may only need a weekly pass.
Many RTP companies work out of large single tenant campuses. These buildings have long hallways, many conference rooms, labs next to offices, and wide lobbies. A good plan breaks the campus into zones, with a lead for each zone and a set route each night. Badge rules and alarm codes go into the written plan so the crew never has to guess.
The Triangle is full of pine and oak trees, and every April a yellow film of pollen covers cars, sidewalks, and window sills. It blows in each time a door opens. Then come summer thunderstorms, which turn parking lots and new construction sites into mud. We plan for both seasons. In spring we add dusting on sills, vents, and desks near entries. After heavy rain we give lobby floors and entry mats more time.
Wake County keeps growing. Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, and Knightdale all have new office buildings, and companies keep opening second sites in them. One plan can cover your downtown office and your suburban branch, with one point of contact and one monthly bill.
Downtown Raleigh has grown up fast, with new towers rising next to older state buildings and brick storefront offices. North Hills mixes office towers with shops and apartments, so lobbies and elevators see people all day and into the night. In both areas we work with the property manager on access, freight elevator times, and alarms, and we clean your suite at the hour that fits your team.
In week one a supervisor walks the office with the crew and reviews the plan line by line. After the first few nights we ask you what you noticed and adjust right away.
Every job begins with a walkthrough. Our team visits your site, goes room by room with you, and writes down your hours, your rules, and what bugs you most. You get a custom plan within 24 hours, priced as one clear monthly number with no hidden add ons.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our crews pass background checks, get trained on your type of building, and work under a supervisor who knows your site by name.
Inspections and photo reports show you what was done each week, so you do not have to walk the floor yourself. Green cleaning products are available if you want them.
Our local office is Greater Clean, 4030 Wake Forest Rd, STE 349, Raleigh, NC 27609. Visit our Raleigh page to see everything we clean in the area.

It depends on your headcount and how the space is used. Many offices choose nightly cleaning, and smaller suites may need fewer visits. We suggest a schedule after the walkthrough.
